Our new Morning Blooms collection from Wilmington Prints was designed for a 9-month Block-of-the-month program. It's a very generous queen - 99" x 102" - and features a square-set layout of 12" nine-patch blocks - some traditional and some that create surprising effects. The center is bordered top and bottom with partial blocks. With the unique blocks, it makes a wonderful Block-of-the-Month program that will appeal to quilters of all experience levels. Everyone has been asking! Here it is! Join Carol for a 2 day workshop where she will teach you how to create a realistic or stylized fabric portrait of your pet! The workshop will cover creating your pattern, selecting & arranging fabrics to finishing. Day 1 we will create your portrait and Day 2 you will use your machine and she will teach you some basic thread painting techniques for animals. Come join in on the fun and create a wonderful memory portrait quilt for yourself or someone else.
