We have a renowned Gold Star in-house Viking Service Department at our store in Columbia, Missouri and also repair other brands as well. After 27 years in business and 24 years as a Husqvarna Viking Dealer, we are well known for our excellent customer service and support both before and after purchase.

We welcome groups and quilt tours from surrounding areas to visit our store. Just contact us regarding the day and time of the visit and number of people coming in order for us to accommodate your visit.
Our Store Policies
If you have a problem with any items, please let us assist you. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Please allow us to replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
The following items are non-returnable due to store policy or copyright restrictions: sale merchandise, cut yardage, buttons, books, patterns, software, and embroidery designs.
Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card used. Debit card refunds will be processed as a credit card transaction. For cash or check transactions, you have the choice of a store credit or company check. Refund checks will be issued within 2 weeks of return.
